Gourmet Madrid Tours & Events Changes the cancellation policy.

Many years have passed and new times require new policies. When we started in 2008 in the sector we decided to reinvent the standard cancellation policies back then to more flexible ones.

Today, 10 years later, we believe that it is time to return to the forefront, because all we do we do it for you. That is why from June 1st and retroactively, our cancellation policy is the folllowing:

All reservations canceled 24 hours or more in advance will have a 100% refund. Those made with less than 24 hours or for a no show, will not be entitled to a refund.

We hope that the versatility granted by the new cancellation policy will be to your liking and revalidates the trust you have placed in us for so many years.
